"I bought a vehicle recently and was unsatisfied with my current insurance provider . So I decided it was the ideal time to shop around for a new insurance provider. As a former insurance licensee I was confident that I was competent enough on policies and the different types of coverage the companies offered. HOWEVER, after an excruciating period of shopping around I quickly learned that not all insurers are created equal . More importantly there is the fact that many insurers “forget” to mention details that will affect you when you are in need of coverage. In conclusion you truly do get what you pay for . He concluded with advising me with his professional advice. We worked together to find the perfect balance and solution. Today, I am grateful and above all confident that I have the right resources and coverage if I am ever in need to use my insurance policy . What relief in a time of crisis. Oh ! …. Did I mention .. Josue revised my business policy and I quickly sealed the deal."

"I would not recommend this agent or company for insurance. I call about a claim. I'm told it's covered 100% bc it's glass and come to find out its not. I have to pay the total cost of replacement to get it fixed bc it's less than my deductible. This was found out after the agent set me up with the glass company to do the repair and get it scheduled. During that company filing their claim the real truth comes out. And it's my expense to cover. I will definitely be shopping for better insurance and an agent that understands what is really covered."
